Shipping of Products

We offer shipping services 365 days a year.

Orders will be shipped from our warehouse on the second business day following the order date.

Shipping of Pre-order Products

Pre-order products will be shipped according to the estimated shipping period stated on the product page.

The estimated shipping period may change due to production status, arrival status, inspection status, weather, traffic conditions, or courier circumstances. In the event of a significant delay or cancellation, we will notify you via the email address registered at the time of your order.

If you order regular products and pre-order products simultaneously, all items will generally be shipped together once they are all available. If you wish to have regular products shipped earlier, please place separate orders for regular products and pre-order products.

Shipping Fees

A flat rate of 800 yen (tax included) nationwide.

*Orders totaling 50,000 yen (tax included) or more qualify for free shipping.
