How to Order
1: Select the size and color on the product page and add it to your cart.
2: Check the items in your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout" to continue.
*We accept credit card, convenience store payment (prepayment), bank transfer (prepayment), Paidy, PayPay, Rakuten Pay, d払い (d Payment), Merpay, and au PAY. Please select your preferred payment method at checkout.
3: Enter your contact email address, shipping address, and select a shipping method.
4: Confirm that the shipping fee is correct, then select your payment method.
5: Select your preferred payment method from the various options and your billing address.
6: Once all information is entered, click "Confirm Order" to complete your order.
7: Once your order is complete, a "Order Completion Email" will be sent to the email address you provided. Please check the content.
You can cancel your order yourself on My Page within 8 hours of placing the order.
If you have any questions, please contact us using the inquiry form.
This completes the order process.
About Pre-order Items
Products marked "Pre-order" are items that are scheduled to arrive in the future. They are not made-to-order products or items ordered from suppliers after your order is placed.
We will ship items sequentially after they arrive and are inspected, according to the estimated shipping time stated on each product page.
If you order regular items and pre-order items at the same time, all items will generally be shipped together once they are all available. If you wish to have regular items shipped earlier, please place separate orders for regular items and pre-order items.
The estimated shipping time may vary depending on inventory status, inspection status, and delivery status. In case of significant delays or cancellation of sales, we will notify you at the email address registered at the time of your order.
About Payment Methods
You can choose from the following payment methods: credit card, convenience store payment (prepayment), bank transfer (prepayment), Paidy, Merpay, au PAY, and PayPay.
◯ Credit Card

VISA / Mastercard / JCB / American Express
*Payment is only available in a single installment.
*Overseas-issued cards cannot be used.
*Only cards in your own name can be used.
*The withdrawal date for card payments will be the withdrawal date based on the terms and conditions of each credit card company. Please note that payment will be processed by us when we confirm your order. The order date and payment date may not necessarily be the same.
*This site uses Shopify as its e-commerce platform. Shopify Payments is a payment service provided by Shopify, which complies with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), an international standard for handling credit card information. Shopify also holds ISMS certification, ISO27001, which is a global standard for information security management systems in companies and organizations.
◯ Convenience Store Payment (Prepayment) (KOMOJU)
Please pay for your order at one of the following convenience stores via the payment processing service "KOMOJU."
For convenience store payments, a separate fee of 190 yen (tax included) will be charged.
Available convenience stores:
FamilyMart, Lawson, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki, Seicomart
After completing your order, KOMOJU (domain "@komoju.com") will send an "Payment Information Email" containing the necessary number for convenience store payment. Please make the payment at your nearest convenience store by the payment due date.
Payment due date:
Until 23:59:59 on the 7th day after the order date.
Example: For an order placed on June 1st, the deadline is until 23:59:59 on June 8th.
*The due date cannot be extended. If the deadline passes, the order will be automatically cancelled.
After the payment is completed, KOMOJU (domain "@komoju.com") will send an "Payment Completion Email."
Once payment is confirmed, we will arrange for shipment.
Notes:
・Convenience store payment cannot be used for orders totaling 300,000 yen (tax included) or more.
・You cannot change the convenience store for payment after completing the order.
・You cannot change from convenience store payment to another payment method.

Payment methods can also be checked on the convenience store payment confirmation screen in your cart.
◯ Bank Transfer (Prepayment) (KOMOJU)
Please pay for your order via bank transfer to the bank account designated by KOMOJU, through the payment processing service "KOMOJU."
The transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
After completing your order, KOMOJU (domain "@komoju.com") will send an "Payment Information Email" containing the bank account details for transfer.
Payment due date:
Until 23:59:59 on the 7th day after the order date.
Example: For an order placed on June 1st, the deadline is until 23:59:59 on June 8th.
*The due date cannot be extended. If the deadline passes, the order will be automatically cancelled.
After the payment is completed, KOMOJU (domain "@komoju.com") will send an "Payment Completion Email."

Notes:
・Please be sure to check the billed amount and make the correct payment.
・Please note that if the payment amount is less than the billed amount, we will not be able to ship the product.
・You cannot change from bank transfer to another payment method.
・You cannot combine multiple orders for payment. Please make payments for each order number separately.
◯ Paidy
You can use Paidy payment via KOMOJU when placing an order. For details on payment methods and payment timing, please follow the instructions on the Paidy screen.
◯ PayPay
You can use PayPay payment via KOMOJU when placing an order. For details on payment methods and payment timing, please follow the instructions on the PayPay screen.
◯ Rakuten Pay
You can use Rakuten Pay via KOMOJU when placing an order. For details on payment methods and payment timing, please follow the instructions on the Rakuten Pay screen.
◯ d Payment (d払い)
You can use d Payment via KOMOJU when placing an order. For details on payment methods and payment timing, please follow the instructions on the d Payment screen.
◯ Merpay
You can use Merpay via KOMOJU when placing an order. For details on payment methods and payment timing, please follow the instructions on the Merpay screen.
◯ au PAY
You can use au PAY via KOMOJU when placing an order. For details on payment methods and payment timing, please follow the instructions on the au PAY screen.
Returns and Exchanges
We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for sale items or due to customer convenience.
Upon receiving your product, please check if there are any defects or if the contents are incorrect.
Only in cases where a different product from what was ordered was delivered, or if the product was damaged, please contact us by email (info@cedre-store.jp) within 7 days of product arrival.
In such cases, we will bear the return shipping cost.
Cancellations, Additional Orders, and Product Shipments After Order Placement
To ensure prompt shipping, we arrange product shipments sequentially after order confirmation.
Therefore, we cannot accept cancellation requests made after the order confirmation time has passed.
Additionally, we cannot accept changes to order details (such as adding or removing items) or combining multiple orders for shipment, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation.
If you wish to change your order details or combine multiple orders for shipment,
please cancel all existing orders and reorder.
Please note that we cannot guarantee stock availability if the product is out of stock when you reorder.
